The hotel's location is perfect for accessing Lake Heviz, which was a highlight of my stay. I enjoyed my spacious and clean room, but the dining experience could use some improvement, especially regarding food temperature and staff communication. The spa treatments, especially the facials, were outstanding, which really elevated my overall experience despite a few drawbacks.
